H.I.I.T IT HARD

(High Intensity Interval Training) Functional training focused on enhancing clients' overall strength, balance, and endurance - improving daily life, work, and athleticism. Uses compound exercises, bodyweight, and equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, or resistance bands.

H.I.I.T. emphasizes training the body as a whole.

LOWER BODY BLAST

A class focused on sculpting and strengthening your lower body, through a dynamic mix of targeted exercises. Including lunges, squats, and glute-focused movements, you'll build endurance, enhance mobility, and achieve toned legs.

CORE FUSION

Targets the muscles of your abdomen, lower back, and hips to build strength, stability, and endurance. A well-rounded routine should include exercises that work the major muscle groups in these areas, ensuring balance and functional movement.

TOTAL KNOCKOUT

Classes combine boxing or kickboxing techniques with cardio exercises, core work, and functional training. Clients can expect drills such as bag work, circuit training, and conditioning. Improve fitness, coordination, and stamina, while learning the basics in a supportive, motivating environment.

CORE & FLEX w/ TRX 

A unique form of Suspension Strength Training, these classes allow you to use your body weight for resistance with a TRX system. TRX provides the ability to train at whatever level you feel comfortable with; by adjusting your body’s position, you can either increase or decrease your resistance.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai classes emphasize discipline, respect, and technique, and are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Classes may include shadowboxing, pad work, heavy bag, and partner drills. "As the art of eight limbs," clients will use punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and clinch work to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.

OUR Premium CLASSES

SCULPT & SHRED

Focuses on teaching the fundamentals of strength training using free weights and machines to build strength, muscle tone, and learn safe lifting techniques. The goal is to lift a challenging weight that allows you to perform a moderate amount of reps per set with good form. Consistency would allow for clients to gradually increase strength improves.

FULL BODY FUSION

Combination of strength exercises to benefit your upper body, lower body, and core. Engaging in a circuit-style class, where you cycle through different exercises, these classes challenges you from head to toe, while building muscle and boosting your metabolism. Perfect for any and all fitness levels.
